Ein reiner Tempranillo mit 18 monatigen Ausbau in franz\u00f6sischer und amerikanischer Eiche. Die Tempranillo-Traube w\u00e4chst auf Ton-Kalkhaltigen Boden. Der Astrales von Eduardo Garc\u00eda (Sohn von Mariano Garc\u00eda) besitzt eine frische Frucht nach Blutorangen, im Mund seidiges Tannin mit der Frucht von Brombeeren, Blumen. Los Astrales wurde im Jahre 2000 von der Familie Romera de la Cruz, Winzer in dritter Generation in Anguix, im Norden der Ribera del Duero gegr\u00fcndet. \u00d6nologe ist kein geringerer als Eduardo Garc\u00eda, der Sohn von Mariano Garc\u00eda (Aalto, Mauro).
