Die Trauben werden auf dem vibrierenden Auswahltisch per Hand ausgew\u00e4hlt, um kleinere Fremdk\u00f6rper wie z. B. zerst\u00f6rte Beeren oder Bl\u00e4tter zu entfernen.<br \/>\nG\u00e4rung in Edelstahltanks bei Temperaturen unter 30 \u00b0 C, gefolgt von einer Maischestandzeit von 18 Tagen.<br \/>\nDie malolaktische G\u00e4rung erfolgt in Barriques (50% neu, 50% zweiter Durchgang).
