Jahrhunderts, in dem traditionellen Gebiet, das als &#8220;Comtats de Barcelona&#8221; bezeichnet wird. Das vom Mittelmeer umsp\u00fclte und von den Bergen des Montserrat gesch\u00fctzte Vall d&#8217;Anoia-Foix bietet uns ein einzigartiges Mikroklima auf Parzellen, die zwischen 120 und mehr als 500 Metern H\u00f6he liegen. Der Respekt vor dem Land mit einem 100% biologischen Anbau und einer sorgf\u00e4ltigen Handlese sind die Grundlage f\u00fcr die Herstellung der Weine, aus denen unsere Cavas entstehen werden.Starke Auspr\u00e4gung des Charakters<br \/>\nder Sorte, D\u00fcfte, die an seine lange Reifung erinnern<br \/>\nlange Reifung, Ofenapfel, R\u00f6staromen und<br \/>\nBrioche.
